About Jodie

After earning my bachelor’s degree, I went on to complete an MBA and UCLA’s post-master's certificate in College Counseling. To stay current in the ever-evolving world of college admissions, I regularly attend professional conferences, read industry publications, and visit college campuses. As a Professional Member of the Independent Educational Consultants Association (IECA), I’m committed to the highest ethical standards in college counseling.

Over the years, I’ve guided students from a broad range of backgrounds and academic levels—helping them plan their coursework, develop meaningful extracurricular activities, and craft compelling application essays. My approach is personalized, empowering students to present their best selves and gain admission to colleges that are the right fit—whether large public research universities or highly selective private schools.

Outside my work with students, I enjoy hiking, reading, and exploring new places with my husband. While our children are now grown, navigating their own college journey gave me a parent’s perspective, deepening my understanding and compassion when working with students and their families.

I look forward to learning about your student and supporting their path to college. Feel free to reach out—I’m here to help!
